This beautiful two tower luxury oceanfront building located in the Crescent Beach area at 17th & Ocean Blvd. offers a 200 ft. lazy river, 110 ft. oceanfront pool, indoor pool heated in winter, kiddie pool, 2 oversized oceanfront hot tubs and a exercise/fitness room. There is also high speed internet connection in the unit. Our condo is an oceanfront end unit on the seventh floor of the North Tower. All this and more can be found on the beautiful beach of this year round resort town just footsteps from the ocean. There is plenty to enjoy in all seasons.

Our spacious four bedroom/three bath condominium offers a fully equipped upgraded kitchen with a breakfast bar, granite counter tops and ceramic tile floors. There is a separate dining area and a living room with sliding glass doors that lead to a 27 ft. oceanfront balcony where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze and listen to the sounds of the ocean. There is also a queen sized sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a private bath with a whirlpool garden tub and a sliding glass door that leads to the oceanfront balcony. The second bedroom has two queen size beds. The third bedroom has a king size bed and the fourth bedroom has two queen size beds. The third and fourth bedrooms have their own connecting bathroom. There is plenty of closet space in all the bedrooms to meet your needs. Each bedroom has its own television. All the bathrooms have granite countertops and ceramic tile. This unit also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a parking garage across the street, however motorcycles and trailers are not allowed. Also, there are no pets allowed.

We are just minutes from Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Broadway at the Beach and many other Myrtle Beach attractions.
